Our standard package includes the disc, the disc printing (offset or screen), the packaging (unless the customer supplied their own packaging or no packaging is required), the assembly and sealing. 2.  Do you accept rush orders? Yes, we accept rush orders but with additional charges. 3.  Are your CDs or DVDs 'burned'? No. When talking about 'burned', people are referring to the recordable media like CD-R/RW or DVD-R/RW. Our products are replicated using injection moulding machines. Lifespan of replicated discs versus recordable is much longer. Also compatibility and playability is much better with the players in the market today. 4.  Is the design on your CDs/DVDs printed on a sticker and then glued to the discs? No, we print the design directly on the disc itself using offset or screen printing, depending on your design requirements. 5.  Do you provide delivery services? We normally require our customers to pick-up the goods unless order is of a substantial quantity, then we can arrange for the delivery. 6.  How long is your turnaround time? Provided that the master is approved by the customer and all the materials are complete, the nonpeak season lead time for CDs is 5-7 working days and for DVDs is 10-15 working days. 7.  How can we be assured of the quality of the discs? For F.A.S., quality is not just a procedure, it's a way of life. The discs undergo stringent in-house quality control measures at every stage of the production process. We guarantee that every disc we produce meets the highest international industry standard. In the unlikely event that any of our discs have a production related problem, we will replace them at no extra cost to you, no questions asked. 8.  What is the minimum number of discs required for an order for walk-in customers? For initial orders we accept a minimum of 500 pieces, for repeat orders we can accept 300 pieces. 9.  What is the background of the company FAS? FAS was founded on 1993 in the city of Valenzuela .
